Alex Builds StudioRefund Policy
Because you see your website before paying anything, refunds are rarely needed. Here's how they work.
Before you pay
The preview is free. If you don't like it, you don't pay.
After you pay
Your payment is a one-time payment for the package you chose. There's no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel.
Refunds
- Duplicate or mistaken charges are refunded in full.
- If I can't deliver the website you approved, you get a full refund.
- After delivery, payments are generally not refundable, because you approved the site before paying. If something isn't right, email me during your free revision period and I'll fix it.
How to request a refund
Email alexbuildsstudio@gmail.com with your business name and the payment date. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Waffo, the payment provider and Merchant of Record for orders.
Cancelling before delivery
If you've paid and want to cancel before your website is delivered, email me. If no work has been delivered yet, you'll get a full refund.
